Feel at home in this beachfront 2-bedroom condo, offering 1200 sqft of space with direct beach and boardwalk access. This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer and dryer on each floor (paid by app at $2/load). Enjoy complimentary coffee and access to the fitness center. Two complimentary parking spots are included per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Additional services are available for a fee, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available). Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Noise is proactively monitored with decibel sensors. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
