A $150 security hold on a credit card is required for incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may opt for a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. A minimum age requirement of 22 years old applies to the primary person booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violating this rule. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
