Located near many tourist attractions, this resort is close to the beach, great restaurants, the Thomas Edison Home, spring training for major league baseball (Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins), Tin City and 5th Avenue in Naples, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets, Venice Beach for shark teeth hunting, and Sanibel Island for shelling. Orlando’s Disney World, Tampa’s Bush Gardens, and Miami’s South Beach are just a few hours away. The beach is less than a 5-minute stroll through a public path directly across Estero Blvd from the Resort. Although pets are not allowed, the minimum age requirement is 23. Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 10:00 am. Some amenities may be under construction, and there is potential for noise. Daily maid service is not provided, but weekly room cleanings are conducted on Saturdays for stays longer than one week. Unit 3S is a renovated non-balcony unit. Units may offer different furnishings and views than the pictures shown. Resort construction/maintenance may be required on property, which may limit amenities offered and cause noise.
