Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 night stays, and a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ night stays. Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, and late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, all subject to approval. Strategically located in the vibrant Channelside area, this apartment puts you in close proximity to Tampa’s dynamic downtown, a plethora of entertainment options, and iconic stadiums. Whether you're looking to explore the city's rich cultural tapestry or simply enjoy the convenience of having top-tier dining and shopping venues within walking distance, this location serves as the perfect base. Downtown Tampa is just a short drive away, and you can explore an array of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues right at your doorstep. Catch a game or event at one of the nearby stadiums, a testament to Tampa's vibrant sports scene. Pet Rules: Pet weight limit is 35 lbs. No Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. The unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot.
