There will be a $200 cleaning fee per day if smoking of any sorts of products is found inside the property, a $500 excess cleaning fee for unauthorized pets, and a $100 per hour late check-out fee for unauthorized late check-out. Any damages to furniture or items in the home caused by the guest will result in a fee for the cost of the item, the cost to replace it, and labor to the contractor for repairing if necessary. If the next party is unable to check-in or their check-in is delayed for any reason, your party will be responsible for the refunds, charges, or reimbursement granted to the next party.
