I absolutely love living here! I toured many apartments downtown and this was by far my favorite...and less expensive. The location is perfect and can't say enough good things about Meagan, Chloe and Daniella in the office! They go above and beyond to make the residents happy and sonetimes I just stop by to have a fun chat with them :) And shout out to Ceasar who keeps the building spotless and just all around great person. Great mix of super friendly residents and just a few blocks from restaurants and bars so still quiet. My apartment is gorgeous...guests are always amazed at how quiet and pretty it is and I've thrown some really fun parties in the awesome lounge area. As long as I'm in Raleigh, im staying here!!

The Lincoln apartments is my first real apartment in the state and I was nervous, but Meagan went above and beyond with her help during the move in process. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made move in day go extremely easy. I have already recommended the Lincoln apartments to multiple friends because people like Meagan work at the leasing office and make the Lincoln apartments such a welcoming place ,Also Every time I have an issue in my apartment the maintenance always gets the job done fast and efficient with respect and patience and if the job cannot be completed that day they keep Communication until the job is complete. Thank you all for the hard work. It is appreciated.
