Direct sky bridge connection to various hotels and the convention center is available for convenience. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. This apartment is centrally located in downtown Indianapolis, one block from Indy’s Circle Center, Circle Centre Mall, and the Statehouse, and two blocks from the Indiana Convention Center and museums. It's a 5-minute walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and a 10-minute walk to Victory or Lucas Oil Stadium. The apartment is next to TJ Maxx and the circle. Smoking, parties, and pets are not permitted. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
