Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in your home. No parties or events are allowed. Locals must contact the host prior to booking and let them know that they are locals. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.
