Parties and loud music are not allowed, with a $1000 fine if a party is discovered or a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Smoking, drug, and vape use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the building hallways, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Ring cameras monitor the entrance, and noise detectors are installed inside. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and undergo a background check before check-in. Early check-in can be requested for an additional hourly fee, subject to approval. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays.
