There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Additional amenities include a garage golf simulator and smart home features with keyless entry and thermostat control. Pets are welcome with pre-approval. The ground-floor suite is perfect for keeping pets separate if needed. Driveway parking is available. The WREN is located in West Tampa, a historic neighborhood rapidly transforming into the city's next urban hub. You are on the front lines of the "West River" expansion, a dynamic district mixing authentic local culture with massive modern development. Armature Works is a premier waterfront food hall (5 min drive), Rick’s on the River is an iconic local marina bar & grill (5 min drive), Downtown Tampa is the heart of the city (5 min drive), and Midtown Tampa is a new retail and dining district (5 min drive). Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Refrain from loud music between 8 PM and 8 AM. As a high-demand development zone, you may see construction nearby. A fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days, is applicable. Smoking violations or the presence of a smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund.
