A fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days, is applicable. Permits for professional video or photo shoots can be requested for a fee. Located in West Tampa, this home is in a historic neighborhood rapidly transforming into the city's next urban hub. You are on the front lines of the "West River" expansion, a dynamic district mixing authentic local culture with massive modern development. Armature Works, Rick’s on the River, Downtown Tampa, and Midtown Tampa are all within a short drive. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels must stay below 80 decibels during all hours. Smoking indoors and the use of fireworks are prohibited, but there is a designated smoking area outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Misuse of the AC system, including setting the unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. Early check-in/late check-out are not guaranteed; late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. As a high-demand development zone, you may see construction nearby. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking violations. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from home without refund.
