Feel at home in this completely renovated, historic 2-story Spanish-style masterpiece, located in a safe and desirable neighborhood. This beautiful home offers a comfortable and luxurious experience. This home features 3 well-equipped bedrooms, plus a large comfy sofa with extra blankets and pillows. An air mattress is available upon request. Enjoy the sunshine state and dine outdoors in the yard picnic area. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway, and there is plenty of free street parking. Jet ski rentals and chef services are available nearby upon request. Walk to the famous Las Olas Blvd, offering the best restaurants, shopping, nightlife, parks, and canals. It's only a 5-minute drive from the prettiest beaches in Florida. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is no smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Pets are allowed with a $30 upfront fee per pet or $40 upfront fee for 2 pets, plus a $30 fee per night for 1 pet and a $40 flat fee per night for 2 pets. Pets are not allowed on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas, and an excessive cleaning fee will be applied if pet hair is found in these areas. Parties, events, and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited, and any report or evidence of an unauthorized event will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Any individuals on-site exceeding the registered guest count are considered a violation of House Rules, with tiered violation fees applying: $500 for 11-15 people and $800 for 16-22 people. Unauthorized guests are not allowed without expressed consent, and any unauthorized overnight guests will result in a direct violation of house rules, with the right to cancel the stay immediately without refunds. Unruly behavior will result in a first and final warning, and a second complaint will result in the entire group being asked to vacate the property. The entire house is cleaned and all surfaces and furniture are disinfected with antibacterial spray before every stay for your protection. High-speed internet is available throughout the house, and each TV is set up with common streaming apps. The property has 3 outdoor cameras and 1 sound level detection device for security purposes. Cameras are located at the entryway by the front door, above the garage/driveway, and on the side patio walkway. The noise detection device is in the ceiling going to the stairs. These devices are on at all times and can record video and audio.
