Feel at home in this newly renovated and designed 2-bedroom apartment in the wonderfully safe Victoria Park area, central to the Art District and the Las Olas party scene. This space comes with 2 bathrooms and your own outside space that has a hammock, outdoor shower, and hot tub for you to enjoy. The unit has 2 potent wall units for A/C, one in the room and another in the living room. There is high-speed internet throughout the house and each TV is set up with the most common streaming apps. This unit comes with 2 parking spaces located directly in front of the unit on the white rocks. Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $20 per night for 1 pet and a flat fee of $30 per night for 2 pets. This apartment is centrally located near the Art District and the Las Olas party scene. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am. Smoking inside the house is prohibited and will result in a $350 fine. If we receive more than 3 complaints about your pet creating a noise disturbance, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund.
