A Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store are conveniently located at the intersection of NE 15th Ave and Sunrise Blvd, just a few blocks away. Holiday Park is also a few blocks away, and Las Olas and the beach are about 5 minutes away. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio, and please utilize the provided ashtrays. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a smoke remediation fee of $350. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level during quiet hours, and conversations should be had inside the house, not near the street, front entrance, or patio area. Please be mindful of the city-wide quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, and make sure that extra guests leave by 12am. Please ensure that you clean up after your pets. An excessive cleaning fee will be applied to unreasonably dirty homes. Pets are not to be left unattended in the home. If more than 3 complaints are received about pet noise, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund. Pets may not be on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas, and an excessive cleaning fee will be applied if pet hair is found in these areas. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. There is only 1 parking space available on the property for this unit. It's a multiplex, so there will be a total of 5 parking spaces for all 4 units. Please do not park on the grass, street, or on any neighbor’s property. No on-street parking is allowed.
