Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please do not have the AC thermostat below 60 degrees as this can freeze the AC unit. Any guests who plan to use the BBQ grill should only use it if familiar with propane gas grills and ensure the propane tank and/or knob is turned off after each use. Guests are asked to treat the property as their own and report any broken items immediately. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. All trash must be bagged and placed inside the provided outdoor waste bins. Parties, events, and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Noise must be kept strictly inside the home during quiet hours. Any fines issued by the city due to guest noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest.
