Guests will have access to the entire unit along with a private enclosed backyard area, as well as the shared communal courtyard space that comes with a firepit, grill, hammock, and picnic table. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per pet per night for 1 pet and a $30 flat fee per night rate for 2 pets. Victoria Park is a quiet residential neighborhood with a unique blend of luxury modern mansions and historic properties surrounded by beautiful foliage and lighting. It is centrally located to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer, from shopping malls to the beach and nightlife to amazing local restaurants. Holiday Park is right across the street. At the intersection of NE 15th Ave and Sunrise Blvd, there's a Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store right across the street. Las Olas and the beach are just about 5 minutes away. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is a $350 fine for smoking inside the house. There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. Please ensure that all pet fees are paid prior to your arrival or the entry code will not be given until it has been completed.
