Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests are responsible for any fines issued by the city due to noise violations. Unauthorized occupants will incur a $500 violation fee for 4-15 people, or $800 for 16-22 people, and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any report or evidence of an unauthorized event will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the remaining stay without a refund. Noise control is enforced during quiet hours, with music and loud conversation to be kept strictly inside the home. Pre-approved additional visitors must vacate the premises by 12 AM. Any costs associated with the dispatch of security will be charged to the guests. Unruly behavior will result in a first and final warning, and a second offense will result in the entire group being asked to vacate the property.
