Feel at home in this centrally located 4-bedroom townhouse inspired by the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. This home is close to the airport, Port Everglades, downtown Fort Lauderdale/Las Olas, shopping, and the beach. From the record player greeting you with music to the drumsticks turned art decor, you'll find upscale retro decor with airy greenery and musical accents throughout. The living room includes a TV with access to multiple streaming services, a futon couch that could be converted into a single twin-size sleeper, as well as a 4-seater couch that could also be converted into a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a large gold mirror encompassed by guitar picks, a TV, an accent chair, and a mosaic stool. The master bath has a stand-alone tub and a shower. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer set. The bunkbed room is ideal for kids, with a twin-size top bunk and a full-size lower bunk, plus some toys. There is also a "Green Room" highlighting a casino theme and a "Purple Room" with a TV, accent chair, and Daft Punk and DJ wall art. A pack-n-play is provided if needed. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per pet per night for 1 pet and a $30 flat fee per night rate for 2 pets. Nestled in a quiet residential area with new construction townhomes, this home is close to the airport, so you'll be able to see and hear the planes. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. Just outside on the patio terrace, your friends and family will be able to enjoy the warm Florida weather with a conversation patio furniture set. The patio terrace is open just as the other neighboring townhouses are. This is a duplex unit with your own private entrance and driveway. Please only use the north side of the building, including the driveway. Please do not mess or tamper with any cabinets or storage chests with locks on them. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is no smoking inside the house ($1000 fine). If we receive more than 3 complaints about your pet creating a noise disturbance, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund. Should we have to dispatch security to our residence at the time of your stay, we will pass along any fees associated with the dispatch to you. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.
