The master bedroom includes a TV and ample space. The bunk bed room is ideal for children, with a twin-size top bunk and a full-size lower bunk. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. Parking is available with a double garage that fits one vehicle, and two additional vehicles can be parked outside the garage, totaling three parking spots. Communal guest parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. Jet ski rentals and chef services are available upon request. Please be aware that this is a twin duplex, and neighbors live on the other side. Guests should only use the north side of the building, including the driveway. Tampering with locked cabinets or storage chests is prohibited as they are for cleaning crew use only. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for an additional fee. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent and provide a copy of their photo ID within 72 hours of booking. Unauthorized occupants will incur a tiered violation fee, and exceeding the maximum occupancy of 10 guests may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
