There is no parking available at the property, and it is recommended not to bring a vehicle as everything you need is a short walk or rideshare away. Located at 100 Orchard, between Broome and Delancey, this apartment is opposite the famed Tenement Museum in the historic Lower East Side. It's a haven for romantics and artisans, offering a unique and whimsical New York City stay. The apartment allows up to 4 overnight guests, with a strict policy of no more than 4 people inside at any given time to comply with city regulations. Over occupancy may result in eviction. The property enforces a strict no-party policy and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit, with a minimum $250 penalty fee for violations.
