An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience, and detergent is provided. Up to 2 pets are welcome, each under 35 lbs, with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195 per stay) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295 per stay). For pets over 35 lbs, there is an additional one-time fee of $49 for 1 large pet or $95 for 2 large pets. Early check-in and late checkout are available based on availability for $35 for 1 hour or $49 for 2 hours. An optional mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, and violations will result in a fine. Parties or events and external/Bluetooth speakers are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 minutes, guests will be charged a $2,500 fine, immediately removed, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Only guests included in the original reservation are allowed on the property; unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. Tampering with smoke detectors or triggering them due to smoking or other smoke sources will result in a $2,500 fine, immediate removal, and reservation cancellation without refund. The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All other guests under 21 are welcome if accompanied by the primary guest. Street parking is not permitted, and vehicles may be towed. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios; any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Includes a dedicated workstation with a standing desk and fast Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps).
