There is no parking available, but everything you could want is a short walk or rideshare away from your New York vacation rental. Located at 100 Orchard, between Broome and Delancey, opposite the famed Tenement Museum, this apartment is perfect for romantics and artisans. The historic Lower East Side offers a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of attractions within walking distance. This unit allows 4 overnight guests, and in compliance with city regulations, there cannot be more than 4 people inside at any time. Over occupancy may result in eviction. For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in common areas and outside of the building, but no recording devices inside the apartment. This apartment has a strict no-party policy and quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is not allowed, with a minimum $250 penalty fee if there's smoking during your reservation. Check-in starts at 4 p.m. and check-out is no later than 11 a.m. Earlier or later times are based on availability and can be requested one day prior, with an additional fee possibly applying. Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older, and the name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. Includes a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable remote work-friendly environment.
