Each bedroom includes its own private bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The home includes a spacious open-concept living area perfect for long-term living. Guests have full access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, garage, and backyard patio. Community amenities such as pools, walking trails, and parks are also accessible. Garage parking is included, and smart lock entry ensures seamless self-check-in. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, and pets over 50lbs are not allowed. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. Located in one of Frisco’s most desirable and quiet residential communities, the neighborhood is safe, family-friendly, and close to top-rated schools, major medical centers, and Fortune 500 offices. Dining, grocery, and retail options are just a few minutes away. Easy access to the Dallas North Tollway and Highway 121 makes commuting convenient. Frisco Station, The Star, and Legacy West are within 10–15 minutes. Rideshare apps and car rentals are readily available. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, and there is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am, and parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, and there is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance, and blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. A rental agreement is required to be signed before receiving check-in instructions. All early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and it is subject to approval. The rate is $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard Check-in Time from Mon-Sat: is at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM during Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00. At 12:00 PM it costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and 2 desks.
