On-site parking is available, and everything is within walking distance. Bicycle storage is also provided on-site. Enjoy the convenience of being a four-minute walk to the beach and downtown Siesta Key. The property is also near the trolley route, making it easy to explore the area. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm. If you are in the unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. Dishes should be cleaned and left to dry or left clean in the dishwasher, and all trash is to be collected and bagged and left in the kitchen. Any instance of parties, loud music, or disturbances will result in immediate cancellation of your booking, and a $250 fine will be charged for the use of our security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited and will result in a minimum $500 fine plus damages. Remove sand from feet, legs, and anything you're bringing into the unit. Leave railings clear and do not leave belongings on railings. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper of course). Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest.
