Start your morning on one of the two wraparound porches, sipping coffee on a cozy swing as the neighborhood wakes up. In the evening, step out back to the expansive patio draped in twinkling party lights, an enchanting setting for dinners or celebrations. With seating for everyone under the stars, you can grill out, share stories, and make memories late into the night. Leave the cars in the free parking area and explore downtown Gainesville on foot, where restaurants, cafes, and shops are just a few blocks away. The University of Florida and stadium are a 5-minute drive away, making game days or campus visits a breeze. Despite being in the heart of town, the estate sits on a lush, fenced property, offering peace and privacy behind its oak-shaded gardens. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi.
