Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm - 8am. Parties are not allowed, including loud music, with a $1000 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests checking out beyond 12:00 PM will be subject to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. Guests will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels, with a $10 charge if face towels are stained.
