Welcome to your perfect getaway in Frisco! Feel at home in this beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, offering a blend of comfort, style, and convenience in a top-rated neighborhood. Thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches and cozy furnishings, this home features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for home-cooked meals or quick snacks. Enjoy the large smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cozy living spaces. Relax in the private backyard, ideal for unwinding after a long day. Pets are welcome if disclosed and approved in advance, but pets cannot be over 50lbs. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150. This home is centrally located close to top Frisco attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. It's 10 minutes to The Star (Dallas Cowboys HQ & Entertainment District), 15 minutes to Legacy West & The Shops at Legacy, 20 minutes to Toyota Stadium & PGA Frisco, and 25 minutes to DFW Airport. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and is subject to approval for $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard check-in time from Monday to Saturday is at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM during Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20, and at 12:00 PM it costs $40. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subject to a penalty of $300. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, and there is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, and there is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There will be a $10 charge if face towels are stained. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, and there is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is one security camera pointing at the door entrance, and blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. There is a $500 penalty if you’re locked out and will need someone to assist you. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by our housekeeping team, and this service will cost $150, which must be paid for by the guest. Children must be supervised at all times.
