A strict no-party policy is enforced. Ring cameras monitor the entrance, and noise detectors are installed inside. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building and will result in a $1000 fine. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am, and parties are not allowed, with a $1000 fine for violations. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob.
