Feel at home in this unique apartment, perfect for a weekend getaway in Chicago or to watch your team play at Wrigley Field. The apartment is the perfect distance from the stadium: close enough for an easy walk, but far enough away to get some sleep when you want to. I've used my years of experience to set up this apartment so that it includes all the comforts of home while providing a one-of-a-kind experience. Street parking is available (pay by app). Although shops and restaurants are literally steps from the building, this apartment faces away from the street and feels peaceful and secluded. Because of its central location, leaving your car at home is strongly recommended. Any point of interest in Chicago can easily be reached by walking, public transit, or Uber. Some local highlights within 15 minutes via walking, public transit, or driving are Wrigley Field & Wrigleyville, Southport Corridor, Music Box Theater, Metro Theatre, Boystown, Lakefront Trail & Belmont Harbor, and Lincoln Park Zoo. The Southport 'L' train stop (Brown line) is a 10-minute walk, and the Addison 'L' train stop (Red/Brown lines) is a 14-minute walk. Lakeview, Wrigleyville, and Southport Corridor are all nearby, and the apartment is a short walk from shopping, dining, and drinking. There is no smoking of any kind in the unit, and your reservation will be automatically and immediately cancelled if there is any smoking reported. There will also be an automatic $500 cleaning fee if there is any smoke smell inside of the unit. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. There is an automatic $100 late check-out charge if you're still in the property 20 minutes after check-out. USPS mail deliveries are not allowed during your stay. Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on your check-in date, and check-out ends at 11 a.m. on your check-out date. Be sure to bring all belongings with you during checkout. A $35 admin fee will be charged to return lost items because of the time, effort, and coordination between multiple team members the process takes. Shipping costs are an additional charge should they need to be shipped to you.
