This unique flat includes all the comforts of home while embracing the quirky charm that only a vintage building can offer. One of the bedrooms is separated from the common areas with a curtain, while the second bedroom has a door. Parking isn't included, and the streets around the apartment are either permitted (local residents only) or metered. For the easiest parking, using a service to reserve a spot nearby is recommended. The area feels peaceful and secluded, yet shops and restaurants are only a short walk away. Any point of interest in Chicago can easily be reached by walking, public transit, or Uber. Wrigley Field & Wrigleyville are a 6-minute walk, the Southport Corridor is a 2-minute walk, the Music Box Theater is a 4-minute walk, the Metro Theatre is a 5-minute walk, Boystown is 15 minutes via walking or public transit, the Lakefront Trail & Belmont Harbor are 15 minutes via public transit or a 7-minute drive, Lincoln Park Zoo is 22 minutes via public transit or a 12-minute drive, and downtown is 26 minutes via public transit or a 16-minute drive.
