Located on the fourth floor of building 1, the tower closest to the beach, and accessible by elevator, this bright and modern condo offers an inviting east-facing view overlooking the community pool. The recently updated interior offers a clean, contemporary feel. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming options. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for your stay. A starter set of essentials is included to make arrival easy, including small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Parking is free and open, and you will receive a personal door code for simple, contactless check-in. The beach is just a five-minute walk away, and you’ll be close to local cafés, waterfront dining, and everything that makes this area such a popular destination. Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025, through April 2026. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations. Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays due to roof work. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation, and noise is possible, but building access will not be affected. Some areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction. No smoking is allowed at any time. Consumable items and refills on paper products are not included. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during your stay, and food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products are not provided.
