Parking is free with a pass from the office. The beach is just a five-minute walk away, and you’ll be close to local cafés, waterfront dining, and everything that makes this area such a popular destination. Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025 through April 2026, including roof improvements and atrium renovations. Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays due to roof work. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation, which may cause some noise, but building access will not be affected. Some parking areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction. The community offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use, but the tennis courts are closed. Beach umbrellas and consumable items, including refills on paper products, are not included.
