This condo offers space, convenience, and golf course views for an easygoing stay near Orlando’s top attractions. This well-laid-out condo is designed for comfort and everyday ease. Natural light fills the spacious living area, creating a welcoming place to unwind after exploring nearby attractions. The full kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners and includes standard cooking amenities and a dining table. Stainless steel appliances and ample counter space add to the functionality. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help keep the space comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer are available inside the unit for added convenience. Step outside onto the covered balcony, which overlooks the golf course and offers a peaceful place to sit at any time of day. The property also provides access to shared resort facilities, including a pool and gym. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. A pet fee is required to bring a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Please drive the 25 mph speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Report damages immediately. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. A dedicated workspace is available for those who need to stay connected during their stay.
