Welcome to this comfortable Reunion retreat where space, convenience, and golf course views come together for an easygoing stay near Orlando’s top attractions. This unit sleeps six and features three bedrooms, three baths, and four beds. Settle in and feel right at home. This rental unit is set within Reunion, Kissimmee, offering a well-laid-out condo designed for comfort and everyday ease. Natural light fills the large living area, creating a welcoming place to unwind after time spent exploring nearby attractions. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help keep the space comfortable year-round. The main living area is spacious and open, making it easy to relax, watch TV, or plan the next day’s activities. A full kitchen supports everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners and includes standard cooking amenities, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. A dining table makes shared meals simple and convenient. A washer and dryer are available inside the unit, ideal for longer visits. Enjoy access to shared resort facilities, including a pool and gym. Free parking is available on the premises. Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment! Please drive the 25 mph speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee will be applied. A dedicated workspace is available for those who need to stay connected during their stay.
