You’ll be staying in an area full of energy and charm, where the sounds of music, cheerful conversations, and the hum of the city may occasionally drift in, especially in the evenings. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day.
