Valet parking is available for $75 per night with in and out privileges, and self-parking is available across the street for $50 per night (cash only). This apartment is pet-friendly with a fee of $150 plus tax. A pack and play and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. You’re in one of the most walkable areas of Miami, steps from Kaseya Center, Bayside, Bayfront Park, and the waterfront. Kaseya Center is across the street, and Bayfront Park and the marina are a quick stroll away. Bayside Marketplace is also super close and convenient. Take the free Metromover nearby to explore Brickell. For beach days or exploring Wynwood or Midtown, it’s a quick 10–15 minute ride. Parties or noisy gatherings are not allowed. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the apartment. Guests are expected to take out the trash before departure. A credit or debit card is required at check-in for a refundable security hold (up to $200/night), which may be charged by the building depending on their check-in process. Layout and décor may vary slightly by unit, but all units follow the same standard and style.
