It is also conveniently located near Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, Al Lopez Park, Tampa Theatre, Tampa Museum of Art, International Plaza and Bay Street, Tampa Riverwalk, Henry B. Plant Museum, Armature Works, Ybor City, American Victory Ship & Museum, Tampa Bay History Center, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa at Lowry Park, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, USF Botanical Gardens, Big Cat Rescue, Adventure Island, and Serengeti Safari. Enjoy excellent dining options directly outside the community. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. The pet fee is $45 per pet, and any violation of the pet policy may lead to cancellation without any refund. Early check-in is available for $25 at 2 PM or $50 at 12 PM, subject to approval. Late check-out is available for $25 at 12 PM, subject to approval. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. The “twin bed” listed as an additional bed in the common area is actually an air mattress. Amenities outside of the apartment (e.g. gym) are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. Maintenance does not warrant a refund. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment.
