This apartment features a well-designed bedroom that mixes natural wood and stone with organic textures, along with state-of-the-art technology. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, stove, dishes, coffee maker, and toaster. The spacious bedroom includes a hairdryer, an electronic safe, an iron and ironing board, and TVs. Enjoy access to the rooftop infinity pool and lounge area with amazing ocean and Intracoastal views. The apartment is fully furnished with ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, and modern-style designer fixtures and faucets. Pack and Play cribs are available upon request. This is a pet-friendly property, and one pet per unit is welcome for free, with fees potentially applying for additional pets. The apartment has a 25 lbs restriction for pets (doesn’t apply to ESA). Parking is available at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass, you can park on any street or city parking lot. Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, you can enjoy exciting activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, biking, and golf. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk, paved with bricks, has bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is any time before 11 am. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is permitted. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. The public beach and Broadwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!).
