The laundry room includes an in-unit washer and dryer. The private, spotless full bath is equipped with a bath with shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels and essential toiletries. Valet parking does not accept pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs. With a Walk Score of 96, this spot is truly a walker’s paradise. You’ll have quick access to nearby transit stops, countless dining options, and two major stadiums: Paycor Stadium (home of the Bengals) and Great American Ball Park (home of the Reds), both less than a mile away. Beyond sports, this centrally located gem is surrounded by theaters, music venues, museums and parks, all just a short stroll away. This unit is located next to Lola’s Bar, and occasional noise may be heard. Smoking on the property will result in a $1000 fine. Evidence of pets will result in a $500 fine. There is a $1000 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. A surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way, and any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, and a $50 per hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10:30 am. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old, and any guests under 21 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 21 or older. A background check and valid government-issued ID are required prior to check-in.
