Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night and should be requested in advance. Pets are allowed for a fee of $20 per pet per night, and you should confirm the opportunity prior to booking. A travel crib (for baby 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night and should be booked in advance. Guests have access to the gym, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the building. The apartment is located steps away from Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Guests must be 25 or over in order to check in, but for reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name, ID details, vehicle, and license plate numbers (if parking is required).
