Feel at home in this very clean studio with a great view! It's accessible to all the hot spots of the city. This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. It features a fully functional kitchen with supplies (tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster), a washer and dryer with supplies, and a bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request and is not included in the price. The price is $20 per night ($10 CAD if you book 15 nights or more). Please request parking spots in advance as they could be reserved. Pets are allowed in the apartment with a fee of $20 per pet per night. Travel cribs (for 0-18-month-old babies) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. Please book them in advance. With streetcar access to anywhere downtown, you're only a 5-minute walk to Porter Airport and a 10-minute streetcar ride to Union, UP Express, GO station, and VIA rail. Guests must provide information, i.e., every guest's name and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). Guests must send a selfie with their ID as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit of 500 CAD. If any case of smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit, or other house rules are violated, the deposit will not be refunded.
