It features a fully functional kitchen with tea, coffee, a kettle, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. There is also a washer and dryer. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night ($10 CAD if you book 15 nights or more). Pets are allowed with a fee of $20 per pet per night. A travel crib (for baby 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. The apartment is located steps away from Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This bright unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, an open concept layout, and high-end furniture chosen by an award-winning interior designer. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. If smoking occurs inside, or there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, the deposit will not be refunded. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the reservation may be canceled immediately without any refund. Any type of smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoking is discovered, the reservation may be canceled immediately and a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee will be charged.
