This unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a private bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night, or $10 CAD per night for bookings of 15 nights or more. Please request parking spots in advance. Pets are allowed for a fee of $10 per pet per night. Travel cribs and bed rails for babies 0-18 months old are available for $5 per item per night; please book them in advance. This centrally located apartment is near the TTC street car, Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, cafes, banks, parks, library, and schools. It's an ideal location for major events and international tournaments, including the FIFA World Cup 2026. Minutes away are Coronation Park, the multi-use Martin Goodman walking, running and cycling trail, dog park, Billy Bishop Airport, BMO Field, CNE, and the city's finest entertainment lounges, restaurants, and theaters on King Street West. Walk to the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripley's Aquarium, Scotiabank Arena, and Union Station. The minimum age for booking is 18 years. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. If the alarm is triggered by any type of smoking inside the unit or building, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. The number of guests may not exceed the number specified in the reservation. The security desk and the concierge do not support guests or provide any information related to your reservation. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. All guests must provide information, i.e. every guest's name and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required). Guests must send a selfie with their ID as an anti-fraud measure.
