Welcome and feel at home in this newly renovated apartment located in a boutique building in the heart of trendy Downtown. This comfortable suite has everything you need. This 1-bedroom plus den unit is perfect for families, large companies, or working professionals. The apartment is located steps away from Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This bright unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, an open concept layout, and high-end furniture chosen by an award-winning interior designer. The fully functional kitchen includes supplies such as tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer are available with supplies. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night. Travel cribs (for 0-18-month-old babies) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. Pets are allowed in the apartment, but they shall not exceed 35 lbs (15kg) in weight each, with a maximum of two pets. The pet fee is $20 per night for 1 pet. Please confirm the opportunity prior to booking if you plan a stay with pets. Guests have access to the gym, the indoor pool, the hot tub and the sauna in the building. Ideally located for major events and international tournaments, including the FIFA World Cup 2026. The apartment is accessible to all the hot spots of the city, including the CNE, Ontario Place, CN Tower, Budweiser Stage, BMO Field, Scotia Arena, and Rogers Centre. There is streetcar access to anywhere downtown. It's a 5-minute walk to Porter Airport and a 10-minute streetcar ride to Union, UP express, GO station, and VIA rail. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check in from the age of 18. All guests are required to pay a refundable damage deposit. Check-in is after 3PM, check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out is possible upon submission of advance notice. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name and ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case parking is required). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. The apartment is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. The trusted partner has a right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation.
