Feel right at home in this very clean studio with a great view! This comfortable suite has everything you need. The fully functional kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, a kettle, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. There is also a washer and dryer. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Guests have access to the gym, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the building. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night ($10 CAD if you book 15 nights or more). Please request parking spots in advance, as they could be reserved. Pets are allowed with a fee of $10 per night for 1 pet. A travel crib (for 0-18 month baby) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night. Please book these items in advance. This centrally located apartment is accessible to the city's hot spots, including the CNE, Ontario Place, CN Tower, Budweiser Stage, BMO Field, Scotia Arena, and Rogers Centre. There is streetcar access to anywhere downtown. It is a 5-minute walk to Porter Airport and a 10-minute streetcar ride to Union, UP express, GO station, and VIA rail. All guests must provide information, i.e., every guest's name and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if you require a parking spot). Guests must send a selfie with their ID as an anti-fraud measure. Guests must be 18 or over to check in. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. If you do not agree to provide this information, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
