This unit features air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, and a dining area, as well as a washer and dryer, smart TVs, full kitchen supplies, and linens. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool, an 8-seat spa, a fitness center, and a barbecue area. Port-A-Cribs are available for rent at $3.00 per day ($15.00 per week), and high chairs are available for rent at $2.00 per day ($12.00 per week). Tropical Sands Resort is centrally located near many tourist attractions including the beach, great restaurants, the Thomas Edison Home, and spring training for major league baseball. In just a few hours, you can be at Orlando’s Disney World, Tampa’s Bush Gardens, or Miami’s South Beach! The spa and gym are under construction. The front office is open Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Pool hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00pm, and gym hours are 9:00 am to 4:30pm. There is potential for noise. Daily maid service is not provided, but if you are staying for longer than one week, the Housekeeping Staff will do a stay over cleaning service for you, with weekly room cleanings on Saturdays. Although pets are loved, none are allowed to vacation at Tropical Sands Resort. Smoking and parties are not allowed. The minimum age requirement is 23. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
