Situated on the 16th floor, this home offers an ideal place to relax and recharge. Feel at home in this Mediterranean-inspired condo. This fully furnished condo features a large living room with custom designs and interiors, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors leading to the balcony, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The large master suite includes a big closet and sliding glass doors to the balcony. Guests have access to Portofino’s great amenities, including multiple pools, a fitness center, a spa, tennis center, on-site coffee shop, heated pool and hot tub in each of the five towers, indoor heated pool, and access to the Lifestyle Center Pool Deck with two heated outdoor infinity pools and two hot tubs. The property also has a resort-wide tram and watersports equipment for rent. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. An additional daily amenity fee will be charged upon check-in at the Front-Desk: January 1 to March 12: $10 + tax, March 13 to May 20: $15 + tax, May 21 to August 9: $20 +tax, and August 10 to December 31: $10 + tax. Located on the doorsteps of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, this condo is near dining and shopping at the Portofino Boardwalk and Adventure Cove Waterpark (Soundside). Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking.
