I love living here. Building is well maintained and upon living here, noticed how clean everything was. The price is good for what you get. Just a few minutes from the beach and a nice pool. Neighbours are quiet and respectful. I have lived in some bad apartments, but this has been the best experience. No issues so far from me.

My wife and I toured the property with Denae. Denae was very knowledgeable and helpful not only in understand the layout and basic questions of the property, but also of the costs involved. She answered questions that many leasing professionals don't often answer when touring for the first time. She was friendly and the property was clean and welcoming. I look forward to moving in this early summer.
