A washer and dryer are included in the main closet. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of stays shorter than 28 days. Guests staying over 28 days have access to amenities as per the building policy. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this space offers the perfect launch pad for exploring everything the city has to offer and is just steps from public transit, shops, and restaurants. Within walking distance, you can go to the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, an arcade, restaurants, and the lakeshore for lake view walks, all within a 5-minute walk. This building is also accessible to the Gardiner Expressway for easy access to the highway. Roger’s Centre and Scotiabank Arena are a 2-minute walk away. Elevators might be slower than usual due to other apartments in the building. There is a strict no-smoking and no-parties policy, with violations resulting in a $1000 fine respectively. A noise monitoring device is installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels, but does not record audio. By booking your stay, you acknowledge the risks connected with activities such as lawn games and any activity in the surrounding area, and agree not to hold the property management company, the co-hosts, or the owners of the home accountable or bring legal action against them. You also acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries, and certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
