A washer and dryer are available with supplies. The bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. The two twin beds shown in the photo of Bedroom 3 are combined to form one king-size bed. The apartment features fully upgraded appliances and fresh new furniture. Underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. In case of no availability, there is paid underground parking nearby. Travel cribs for 0-18-month-old babies are available for $10 per item per night and pets are allowed for a fee of $20 per night for one pet. Please confirm the opportunity to bring a pet prior to booking and book travel cribs in advance. This centrally located apartment is steps away from the subway, Toronto Metropolitan University, office towers, Yorkville, hospitals, many shops, the Financial District, and Eaton Centre. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the reservation may be canceled immediately without any refund. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the trusted partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees. Guests must be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations of 7 nights or more it is possible to check in from the age of 18. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building.
