This comfortable suite features a fully functional kitchen equipped with a tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer with supplies are also provided. The bathrooms come with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and other toiletries. The two twin beds in Bedroom 3 can be combined to form one king-size bed. Underground parking is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night, with in/out privileges. Pets are allowed for a fee of $20 per night for one pet. Travel cribs for babies aged 0-18 months are available for $10 per night. Conveniently situated steps from the subway, Toronto Metropolitan University, office towers, Yorkville, hospitals, and close to many shops, the Financial District, and the Eaton Centre. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the smoke alarm is triggered and the smell of smoke is discovered, the reservation may be canceled immediately and a service call fee of $150 and cleaning fees of $200 will be charged. Guests must be 25 or over to check in, or 18 for reservations of 7 nights or more. All guests' names and ID details, vehicle, and license plate numbers must be provided to condo management prior to arrival. A selfie with ID is required as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building. The unit has a no-party policy, and the reservation may be canceled without refund if the number of guests exceeds that specified in the reservation. Any additional guests must be informed in advance. The suite is equipped with fresh new furniture and fully upgraded appliances, making it a comfortable space for remote work.
