Proximity to local attractions includes Deer Valley East (8 miles), Deer Valley (16 miles), and Salt Lake City (40 miles). Please be mindful of noise and follow community guidelines, with quiet hours observed after 10:00 PM. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for violations. Street parking is not allowed. All trash must be bagged and will be picked up on Wednesdays. Please note that while the property is listed as not having pets, pets have been present in the home; if you have severe sensitivities, please consider this before booking. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $15 per hour, with 24 hours advance notice required. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $50 fee per hour. Guests may be subject to paying a locksmith fee if locked out, or a $60 fee if host staff is dispatched. Moving furniture is not allowed and will result in a $500 fee.
