The main-level master offers a large ensuite, dual sinks, and walk-in closet with an additional washer/dryer hook-up. Also on the main level - enjoy a kitchen with a generously sized pantry, a dining area, a living room with a fireplace, powder closet near the garage entry, den area, and large windows that fill the home with natural light! The second level is bright and airy and has a raised family area, spacious laundry room, and functional storage closet. Each bedroom on this level grants a large walk-in closet, with a bath near or ensuite. A well-behaved dog is negotiable with owner approval and a $500 pet deposit. No cats. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $5,200 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available now for a 12 + month lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, phone, internet, and cable TV/satellite. The resident is also responsible for lawn care, removing snow from the driveway, walking surfaces, and patio. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. The resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Wasatch County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe. NEIGHBORHOOD: Nestled against the Wasatch Mountains, Midway is a fast-growing town with Swiss roots.
