Feel at home in this bright 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom oceanview retreat, designed for comfort and convenience and perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small groups seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. This apartment features a balcony with water views, perfect for sunsets and dolphin spotting. Enjoy access to the pool and hot tub. The full kitchen is equipped with a full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, cookware, utensils, dishes, and silverware. Comfort and essential amenities include air conditioning, a ceiling fan, an in-unit washer and dryer, an iron, a vacuum, cleaning products, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, hangers, clothes storage, and beach towels. Pets are welcome with a fee of $125 per pet per stay. Guests can bring up to 2 pets, but they must not exceed 50 lbs. Service animals stay free of charge. Just 6 minutes from the beach, this is your perfect home base for sunshine, sunsets, and waterfront serenity. Plenty of dining and bar options are nearby, including Doc Ford’s, Cody’s Roadhouse, Glory Days Grill, Doe Doe’s Diner, Carrabba’s, The Joint, Harold Seltzer’s Steak House, Texas Roadhouse, Jungle Prada Tavern, Angry Pepper, Bonefish Grill, Longhorn Steak House, Marios at Madeira Beach, Salt Rock Grill, Ricky T’s Bar and Grill, and Caddy’s. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Guests must pick up after their pets, or a $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or Smart TV apps. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 am - 6 pm) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control.
