Took a tour of Marisol Vista Apartments with Nicole and honestly, it was such a great experience! She was super nice and really knew everything about the property. She made sure to show me all the best features and even pointed out little details I wouldn’t have noticed on my own.
The apartments are beautiful, super clean, and the amenities are a huge plus. The whole place just feels welcoming. Nicole was patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed, which I really appreciated.
If you’re looking for a new place, I’d 100% recommend checking this place out and asking for Nicole. She makes the whole process smooth and actually fun!

Dennis, the leasing agent, was amazing—super helpful and made the entire application process easy to understand. He answered all our questions with patience, making us feel confident in our decision. Dennis at the leading office was great help applying for my apartment, I moved in recently and so far it's been great. He is always professional and made the process easy to understand. The staff and maintenance team at Marisol Vista are also super approachable and always willing to help. It's a great place to live with people that truly care.

After milton finding a home for my family was my top priority, and Marisol Vista has been perfect. The neighborhood feels safe, the apartments are spacious, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Living at Marisol Vista for the past three years has truly been a blessing, but this past year really showed me just how special this community is. After Florida was hit by not just one, but two hurricanes, I heard so many heartbreaking stories from people who lost everything, entire homes and destroyed and the struggle to rebuild. Meanwhile, we were incredibly fortunate here. Yes, we lost power for a couple of days, but compared to what so many others went through, it felt like nothing. This community stood strong, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Adding to the sense of gratitude, I recently had to transfer to a larger unit after my mom moved in with me. I’ve dealt with various management teams over the years, but this time was by far the best. Nicole was incredible throughout the entire process. She guided me step by step, ensuring that I found the perfect unit with everything I asked for and even more. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made all the difference!!

Marisol Vista Apartments has been an amazing place to call home. Dennis made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. He was helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions, making sure I felt confident in my decision.
The property itself is nice, with amenities like their 4 pools which are perfect for relaxing, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the outdoor spaces are well maintained. The community is quiet and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and peaceful environment. The amenities are nice—especially the gym, pools, and clubroom, which are all kept in great condition.
Dennis was an excellent tour guide! He was very thorough in showing us around the property and made sure we got a great feel for everything. He walked us through the gym, pools, and clubroom, and also showed us a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit that was in amazing condition. His professionalism and attention to detail made the leasing process easy and stress-free.
