This apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. You’ll have everything at your fingertips in the heart of the Bottleworks District of Indy. Step outside your door to the Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment. Needler's Market is just a few blocks away. The Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away and Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are permitted. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
