The building is currently under construction, with blowers in the lobby and hallways that can be turned off if too loud at night. The AC is a PTAC system controlled by the HOA without a thermostat, which may not suit those with very high temperature standards. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 9:00, and the space is for residential use only, prohibiting social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed, and no pets are permitted, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations.
