Update on 10/7/19: The response time for maintenance request continues to be absolutely stellar. The responses are quick, and the repairs work. The unit is not old by any means- these requests are normal wear-and-tear type of low emergency requests. And even though they are low to mid priority, requests have always been responded to quickly. We are so happy at River Ranch!
